Gary Bogener

Executive Director
Gary Bogener has been involved in the Miss America Organization since 1989.   A native of Kahoka, Missouri, Gary was heavily involved in his community, serving as Vice-President of the Kahoka Kiwanis, President of the Chamber of Commerce, and community co-chairman of the local S.A.D.D. (Students Against Drunk Driving) chapter.  He was a founding member of ACT I, a community theater and also was the founding co-director of the Miss Clark County Scholarship Program, serving eight years as co-director.  He was thrice recognized as an Outstanding Young Men of America and honored with a proclamation from the Missouri House of Representatives for his civic involvement.   In 1996, Gary relocated to St. Louis.  Shortly after relocating, he helped bring back a Miss Missouri preliminary to the St. Louis area by forming the Miss Metro St. Louis Scholarship Program, serving as executive director for four years.  He has been executive director of the Miss Gateway St. Louis Scholarship Program since 2003 and also serves as a Miss Missouri field director for the east central region.  Gary also is serving as president of MLPA (Missouri Local Pageant Association) for the 2007-08 year.  A graduate of Hannibal-LaGrange College with a degree in Business Administration, Gary is the Lead Buyer for Diagraph, An ITW Company.  He is a member of the ISM - St. Louis (Institute of Supply Management) chapter and serves on the marketing committee, and also is a member of Stegehands, the volunteer group of Stages St. Louis.

Stefanie Dunlop

Stefanie Dunlop is a native of St. Louis and is a 1998 graduate of Southwest Missouri State University with a Bachelor's of Science degree in administrative management. Dunlop competed in the Miss Missouri Program for three years and was first runner-up to Miss Missouri in 1997 and 1998. The scholarships awarded to her paid for her final three years of college, therefore she is an avid supporter of the Miss America Organization and has remained active in the program. She and her husband, Kristopher, are the proud parents of Marissa, born during Miss Missouri Week 2003, and Drew, born in 2007.  She serves as vice-president and treasurer of Service Metal Products.

Kris Dunlop

Treasurer
A native of North Little Rock, Arkansas, Kristopher Dunlop is a Cum Laude graduate of Southwest Missouri State University, where he received his Bachelor's of Science degree in accounting with a minor in computer information systems. During college, Dunlop was on the Golden Key National Honor Society and a member of the professional business fraternity Alpha Kappa Psi. He and his wife, Stefanie, are parents of Marrissa and Drew.  Kristopher is the controller at Service Metal Products of St. Louis, and is a  CPA (Certified Public Accountant).

Megan Ebers
Secretary
Megan Ebers, originally from rural Center MO, has been actively involved in the Miss America Program for over 15 years. She acquired her first pageant experience at age of 12 performing as a pageant dancer at the Miss Hannibal Pageant. After having participated as such for three years, as well as volunteering her services for duties backstage at the other local pageants, Megan determined to start competing at the age of 15 in the Junior Miss program. She continued onto the Miss Missouri program and competed until she turned 23, having won 3 local titles, each taking her to Miss Missouri. Megan is a graduate of the University of Missouri-St. Louis with a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts and Communications. She currently resides in St. Charles, MO where she works as Sales Representative at BFM Graphics.

Dave Fairchild
Board Member
A Native of Pekin, Illinois, Dave Fairchild is a 2002 graduate from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Music Education. During college he was involved with the marching band, jazz band, pep band, winter color guard, and concert band. For two years he was the drum major of the Marching Leathernecks, and two years he choreographed the color guard in the marching band. David has worked with many marching units serving as the color guard choreographer/designer in many states including Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Missouri, and Nebraska. David currently is teaching junior high band in O'Fallon, IL and continuing to work with color guards.



Miss Gateway St. Louis Oustanding Teen

Mary Mcintosh, New Haven, MO, is the new director of the Miss Gateway St. Louis Outsanding Teen Program.   Kerri Kime, Wildwood, MO, will serve as co-director.  Mary and Kerri will be working closely with the Miss Gateway St. Louis Board of Directors, and will serve as the point of contact for teen contestants and their parents, accumulate entry information and help prepare the 2008 winners for the Miss Missouri Outstanding Teen 2008 Pageant.
